Alright!

As I said… I will get back into things. So, why not start now?
My amazing boyfriend has bought me a lot of makeup in the past few months… I haven’t even gotten to try all my makeup (including the ones from my trip)!

For now, I’ll post pictures of things that I (remembered to take a photo of) accumulated over the past few months. I’ll try and make note of everything too – if I’ve tried it!

Urban Decay – Moondust Eyeshadow palette: Oh boy! This is one glittery/shimmery eyeshadow. Very vibrant colors and pigment is very nice. Easily can add so much sparkle to your eyes with these!
Makeup Forever – Eyeshadows: I got 3 different colors but I don’t have them with me so I can’t say exactly what shades they are! They have a shimmer to them (of course– I’m just obsessed with sparkly things.. but guess what?! I think I’ve really been looking at matte eyeshadows now. Maybe I realized I don’t really have any?? I do but..very few). These are smooth and although they go on pretty light for me, I enjoy the texture of them.
Lush – Dream Cream lotion: My boyfriend uses this.. and so we picked up more. The smell is a little different than the last batch we got. It feels nice and is very thick. It does take a while to dry and is tacky, but I suppose that makes for a good moisturizing coat right??

smashbox – Cover shot: Metallic Eyeshadow palette: So this little palette has more natural metallic shades. Bronzes, light pink, gold, etc. They’re easy to wear everyday because they’re not bright and crazy in color. The pigment is smooth and blends nicely.
stila – Metal Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow: Okay, this is like glitter glue in a tube for your eyes. haha I got the Kitten Karma shade which is a champagne-ish color. It’s so intense and of course goes on heavy. I do love this but it’s hard for me to wear liquid eyeshadows because my skin is so sensitive.
Kat Von D – ink! liner White: I was SO excited to finally get a liquid eyeliner from her line, especially the white. It’s nice solid matte white. Goes on very easily. My only complaint is that it wipes off SO easily. The pigment is great though!
smashbox: Liquid Metal lipstick in Moscow Muled: I LOVE this lipstick. I don’t like or can’t really do lipsticks that aren’t matte, but this I can do! Something about it. I want all the colors. The best part is it doesn’t dry my lips. It’s thick and kinda tacky, but I don’t mind it because I really like it!!
Glamglow: Gravity mud mask Knuckles limited edition: I tried this a couple times and I love that I can just peel it off and not have to wash my face. Less mess for me! I’m not sure how I feel about it actually working as a mask though. I think I might have to do it a few more times…. Anyways, I really did just get it because of the Sonic packaging (to satisfy the geek in me).

purity pore extractor mask: So far, I’m liking this facial mask. The smell is nice. I like the texture…but… I’m not sure about the pore cleaning part of it. I see a lot more difference when I use other pore cleansers, but I’ve only used this a few times and I really want to keep using it and seeing what I think in the end. 🙂 I’ll give an update when it’s finished???
Glamglow: Gravity mud mask Sonic limited edition: same as above… just Sonic on the cover. I want to collect all 3 really. haha
Kat Von D: Everlasting glimmer veil in Wizard: OMG. A Matte glitter liquid lipstick? YES. I got this in black. I love it. I love these. These are the best!! I haven’t tried any other brand’s glittle liquid matte lipsticks but this is what I’ve wanted in my life!! Dries pretty quick and stays on nice!
Anastasia: Subculture Eyeshadow Palette: Okay, I was very skeptical about this palette. There’s a lot of matte shadows and the colors weren’t my normal ones. Not bright and shiny and glitter.. Seriously, everything about the shadows are SO not me…but I got it.. and I have grown to like it. (Whew!!) I like that it’s so different from my normal shadows that it gives me something to play with and step outside my comfort zone and find some really cool combinations.

Okay, I know this isn’t in-depth and there’s no pictures of the colors and swatches and stuff- I’m really sorry! But once I can really talk about each thing, I at least wanted to give my overall thoughts on which thing! I have more stuff I need to post and write basic thoughts about but I have to go.
