Food! It’s time….

Okay guys. Here we go. My first food post. I. LOVE. Food. Sometimes…I hate how much I love food. But I do!!!!!!! I can’t lie!!!

I’ve actually been pretty lazy to cook lately…. (maybe it’s because of the whole cleaning I’ve been doing for almost a month now…it’s almost over!!) So I started looking for some easy/quick recipes to make. What did I find? FREEZER READY SLOW COOKER MEALS. Hold up. WHAT? How did I not know this existed???? (Probably because I’m not really a cooker..) This is awesome!!! So I went crazy trying to find meals I can prep ahead of time, freeze a bunch, and then just dump it in a slow cooker and NOT have to actually cook!

Well, I didn’t get very far. LOL I just ended up making several slow cooker meals right away. So I might end up having to freeze already cooked meals.. hahahaaa

Anyways, I didn’t get some pictures because I kind of forgot to take them..but… this week, I made Slow Cooker Beef Bourgignon (yes! I’ve always wanted to try/make this but lighting liquor on fire just scared me…), chicken noodle soup, Slow cooker Creamy Corn Soup, and today I made a Vegetable Meatball Soup! I also made this Japanese creamy corn stew with rice. I know… so much food!

Creamy corn soup (before I blended it) – I wish I added more corn though…

And the Creamy corn Japanese stew with rice – really good!

I also got some cookbooks for Christmas so when I try some of those recipes, I’ll post them of course! Aside from trying to cook (more), I love going out to eat and trying new places/food. I’ll post those as well as time goes by.

Do you guys have any recipes to share with me?? Send them my way!!! 😀

Oh. By the way, I was suppose to start a 30 day Fitness Challenge today..instead, I cooked and ate food. (>_<) Omg… I need to start this Fitness Challenge!!!!

Last thing!! I promise. I’m sorry my blog is a lot of me rambling and it’s not necessarily “professional”. I try to make it clean and professional, but I almost feel like it’s not personal.. do you know what I mean? It kind of makes me feel I’m writing a column for the newspaper if I’m too formal. (Do people still write for newspapers? J/k!)
